The Woodland Scenics Just Plug Power Supply Euro JP5771 is the European mains adapter for the Just Plug lighting system. It has a Type C plug and converts a 230V AC input into a 24V DC output, with a maximum rated current of 1000mA.
This adapter provides power behind illuminated buildings, street scenes and dioramas. Use it with a compatible Just Plug hub and lighting components. It is useful when starting with the Lights & Hub Set JP5700, which does not include a mains supply, or when using a separate Light Hub JP5701.
How many lights can it power? The manufacturer describes systems of up to 50 lights, but the actual limit depends on total current consumption. Add the mA ratings shown on your light packages and keep the combined demand within 1000mA per power supply. A stated number of lights is therefore not a fixed capacity for every possible combination.
The power cable is approximately 122 cm long. Plan the socket position, hub placement and cable route before building the lighting into your model. Keep the adapter and connections accessible so the project can be moved or expanded without dismantling the scene.
The JP5771 suits beginners assembling a compatible Just Plug system and experienced modellers planning electrical demand. The package contains the power supply and instructions; hubs and LED lights are available separately.
