We’ve updated our Insiders loyalty program.
From March 31, the program has been simplified and made clearer, so you can earn and redeem your Insiders even more easily.
What’s changing?
We’ve simplified the program:
- Everyone now earns points in the same way
- You receive 1 Insider for every €1 you spend
- You can easily redeem your Insiders for discounts
This way, you always know exactly where you stand.
What stays the same?
- Your existing Insiders remain valid
- You can still redeem your points for discounts
- You will still receive Insiders on your birthday
How does the new system work?
Earning and redeeming is very simple:
- €1 = 1 Insider
- 100 Insiders = €10 discount
- 200 Insiders = €20 discount
- 300 Insiders = €30 discount
- 500 Insiders = €60 discount (NEW!)
The more you save, the more discount you get.
On your birthday, you receive: 25 Insiders as a gift

What happens to the points I’ve already earned?
Your existing points will be carried over to the new program.
What happens to the levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold)?
We’ve simplified the program so everyone earns in the same way. This makes it clearer and easier to understand.
Can I still use my Insiders?
Yes, you can continue to redeem your Insiders for discounts on your orders.
Do my Insiders expire?
Yes, Insiders are valid for 1 year after they are earned. Make sure to use them before they expire.

How to use your Insiders (in 3 simple steps)
1. Open the Insiders menu
On the right-hand side of the website, you’ll see a tab that you can click to open.
This is your access to the Insiders program.
2. Log in with your email address
Enter your email address.
You’ll receive a login code by email instantly — no password needed.
3. View and use your Insiders
After logging in, you’ll immediately see:
• your Insiders balance
• available rewards
• and you can redeem them right away (if available)
