What is the difference between the Vallejo paints?

Vallejo has several acrylic- based paint systems, each of which covers its own specific segment of the hobby market, but they can be used and mixed with each other.

• Vallejo Model Color and Vallejo Panzer Aces are cream-like, opaque acrylic paints in the natural shades, mainly intended to be applied with a brush.
• Vallejo Game Color has been specially developed for tabletop gaming and contains a wide range of fantasy and 40K (Sci-fi) colors. Vallejo Game Color is less fluid than Vallejo Model Color and contains more resin, making this paint more resistant to frequent use while playing.
• Vallejo Model Air has been specially developed for Airbrushing, although they are also often used for applying small details with a brush.
• Vallejo Game Air has the same properties as Vallejo Model Air but now with the great fantasy colors that the Vallejo Game Color spectrum offers. It has been specially developed for Airbrushing, although they are also often used for applying small details with a brush.
