We have updated our Insiders rewards program.
Starting March 31, the program will become simpler and clearer, making it even easier to earn and redeem your Insiders.
What’s changing?
We’ve simplified the program:
- Everyone now earns Insiders in the same way
- You receive 1 Insider for every €1 you spend
- You can easily redeem your Insiders for discounts
This way, you always know exactly where you stand.
What stays the same?
- Your existing Insiders will remain valid
- You can continue to redeem your points for discounts
- You will still receive Insiders on your birthday
How does the new system work?
Earning and redeeming is very simple:
- €1 = 1 Insider
- 100 Insiders = €10 discount
- 200 Insiders = €20 discount
- 300 Insiders = €30 discount
- 500 Insiders = €60 discount (NEW!)
The more you save, the more discount you get.
On your birthday, you’ll receive: 25 Insiders as a gift

What happens to the Insiders I’ve already earned?
Your currently saved Insiders will be carried over to the new program.
What happens to the levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold)?
We have simplified the program so everyone earns Insiders in the same way. This makes it clearer and easier to understand.
Can I still use my Insiders?
Yes, you can continue to redeem your Insiders for discounts on your order.
Do my Insiders expire?
Yes, Insiders are valid for 1 year after they are earned. Make sure to use your Insiders before they expire.
