1. Paint the surface in a dark color, often a dark version of the basic color you want to get.
2. Let this dry.
3. Apply an undiluted layer of Crackle Medium.
4. Let this dry.
5. Finally apply an undiluted layer of the final base color.
6. Let this dry.
7. Over time the crackles arise.

Tip!
Try to apply crackle medium instead of stripes to create a rotating movement for a different effect.
