The Army Painter Warpaints

Warpaint is a liquid acrylic paint that has been specially developed to quickly paint your figures in an extensive range of colors. The Warpaint system is composed so that you can quickly paint your figures in a beautiful way, so that you can get started right away. Prime, Paint, Dip and play! This golden paint consists of many pigments, flows smoothly and has good hiding power.

With the help of the Airbrush Medium AW2001, this warpaint can also be used excellently in the airbrush. A few drops work wonders. The gold paint can also be used as a wash or glaze using Quickshade Wash Mixing Medium or other medium. The warpaint adheres well to all surfaces. Once the gold paint is protected with varnish, (Glossy or Matte) The Army Painter Warpaint can be overpainted with solvent based paints such as enamels or oil paints. Using generous amounts of heavy pigments of this golden color provides great coverage. Colors can be mixed with water or any medium such as varnish to get the desired effect. However, we recommend using Warpaints Mixing Medium as this product retains the properties of the medium and the colors.

Warpaints Metallics

This metallic color has a soft sheen, because it is part of the Metallic series of The Army Painter Warpaints. The shine of this golden color will be increased as soon as a high gloss (glossy) varnish is applied.

Eyedropper (18ml.)

The "eyedropper" (or eye dropper) ensures that the amount of paint can be dosed very easily and that the paint does not dry out so quickly. The uniqueness of this golden paint is that it comes in a so-called "eyedropper" jar containing 18ml. acrylic paint. Of course it can always happen that the opening sometimes becomes a bit clogged. You can easily solve this by clearing the opening with a needle or thin cocktail stick.
